RoboCent provides data on an **‘as-is’ basis** and makes **no guarantees regarding its accuracy, completeness, or compliance** with any specific legal or regulatory requirements. Clients assume full legal responsibility for verifying and ensuring compliance before using the data. *** **2. Responsibility for Cell Phone Numbers & Outreach Compliance** This file **may include cell phone numbers**. RoboCent does not guarantee the accuracy or classification of such numbers, and clients acknowledge their sole legal responsibility for the lawful use of this data. Clients understand that various state and federal regulations restrict the use of certain contact methods and confirm they have researched and will comply with all such restrictions. By accessing this data, **clients indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoboCent** from any claims, penalties, fines, or legal actions arising from their use of contact information provided by RoboCent. *** **3.
