# Managing Multiple Organizations

### **Organization Management**

At RoboCent, clarity and convenience are paramount. Consider our organizations as dedicated spaces for each entity or client you oversee, streamlining operations for smoother future management. Here's your step-by-step guide:

1. **Single Login Creation:** Register with your unique email and password, your primary gateway to RoboCent's expansive features.
2. **Centralized Management:** Within the app, establish multiple organizations as needed. These function as 'Sub-Accounts' under your main user account, each tailored for various clients and brands.
3. **Organized Workflow:** Every organization houses specific files, results, invoices, phone lists, scripts, and more, ensuring organized oversight for each client.
4. **User Access Control:** Invite team members, assign unique logins, and fine-tune their access, ensuring they view only the information relevant to them.

### Creating Another Organization

**Think of Organizations as Sub-Accounts** under your user account. We recommend creating a unique organization for each org you manage. **Each organization will contain its own files, invoices, billing info, users, agents, results, and more**. Separating two different organizations will make management much easier in the future.
