User Accountability

RoboCent requires all users to take full responsibility for their messaging activities. Clients must ensure compliance with applicable laws, maintain accurate records, and take corrective actions in case of violations.

Transparency & Ethics

RoboCent prioritizes ethical communication. Clients must ensure that all outreach efforts are honest, transparent, and in alignment with voter protection laws and industry best practices.

Messaging Policy

RoboCent enforces strict compliance with FCC and TCPA regulations regarding SMS messaging and RoboCalls. All SMS messages must be sent manually by an individual, and RoboCalls are strictly limited to landlines. No automated or bulk messaging is permitted.

Zero Tolerance & Compliance Policy

RoboCent upholds a zero-tolerance policy for misuse of services, requiring full compliance with all applicable laws. Utilizing RoboCent’s services binds users to an indemnity agreement, protecting the company from liability arising from service misuse.

Our Data Compliance Agreement (DCA) outlines client responsibilities, security measures, and legal protections to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations pertaining to data use.

Regulatory & Industry Compliance

RoboCent actively engages with regulatory bodies and enforces industry standards to ensure lawful and ethical messaging. Clients must adhere to TCPA, FCC, FTC, and CTIA guidelines to maintain transparency and compliance.
