If you've selected (or plan on selecting) the , you or your agents will need to use the Agent Portal to send the initial messages and manage conversations.
This guide assumes you already have a User Account with RoboCent. If you need to create an account, visit our guide by clicking the link below.

Additionally, to use the Agent Portal you must first be invited to join an Organization and assigned to the campaign. Once invited, you will receive an email confirming you have been successfully added to the campaign.
If you are not seeing any campaigns, contact your Account Administrator.
If you are an Account Administrator, review this guide to invite agents to your campaign ->
Only account administrators will be able to see all messages received. If you are accessing the Agent Portal with an Agent account, you will only be able to see messages that have been sent to you.
