What is a Live Call?

RoboCent offers a Live Calling service to have human conversation with your voters. Our Live Call service utilizes human agents to make outbound calls to your contact list. Instead of a pre-recorded RoboCall, our Live Agents can have a human conversation with your contacts, significantly increasing engagement and effectiveness of your outreach. During the call, our agents will read a script you provide to help achieve your objective.
Live Calls serve as a powerful tool for candidates, enabling direct and personalized engagement with voters to significantly enhance voter support and participation in your campaign.

How does it work?

Live Calls require time to set up and train the agents on your script and preferences. Because of this, we require a minimum of 72 hours from payment to start.


Step 1: Set up your Live Call using our Scheduler
Step 2 - Within 24 hours: Our team will contact you to collect your phone list and provide a cost estimate
Step 3 - Once Approved: When you are ready to proceed, we will submit an invoice for a 50% deposit. Once payment is received, we will lock in your time slot and proceed to the next step.
Step 4 - Minimum of 72 hours later: Our Agents can begin outbound dialing
Step 5 - Once dialing is completed: We will submit the second invoice to collect the balance based on the real number of dials made.
Step 6 - Once balance is paid: Our team will email you the Live Call report with all statistics and dial dispositions
Please note: any changes to your Live Call preferences can delay the start time by up to 24 hours.

Reaching a Voicemail Machine

You choose what happens when we reach a voicemail answering machine, either leaving a message on the first attempt or trying the number again later to target a live answer.
If you would like us to leave a message, you will provide that script. There is no additional cost to leave voicemails.

You are in control of our Agents during your Live Call Campaign. Select your preferences for many features, including:

    • Is the objective to gauge voter favorability of a candidate or to collect donations?

Live Calls pricing is simple, billed at $1.25 per dial.
A 50% deposit will be required to reserve your time slot.
The earliest we can begin calling is 72 hours after the deposit has been received - NOT 72 hours after scheduling.
Once the deposit is submitted, a RoboCent Representative will reach out to obtain your calling list, collect any final details, and schedule your Live Calling campaign. Once the Live Calling campaign is completed, you will need to submit the remaining balance before the results of the campaign will be provided.
RoboCent will provide an estimated cost based on the number of contacts on your call list and preferences. We do not bill for disconnected number, using our Phone List Scrubber to clean your list prior to dialing.
