10DLC Registration
10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration is required for all organizations sending texts to U.S. mobile numbers. This registration improves message deliverability, enhances compliance with carrier regulations, and prevents additional fees for unregistered traffic.
To register your 10DLC, you will need:
Campaign Verify token (for political organizations)
Authentic Website with a privacy policy and opt-in field

Automated Opt-Out System
RoboCent simplifies opt-out management, recognizing keywords like 'stop,' 'remove,' and 'unsubscribe' to honor opt-out requests. Once a contact chooses to opt out, they are added to a specialized Do-Not-Contact list exclusive to your organization. For all future outreach, any contacts on your DNC list will be automatically excluded when your phone list is scrubbed during message approval.
If a contact doesn't use a designated keyword, you can manually opt them out via the Agent Portal. It's essential to understand that RoboCent's in-house agents cannot perform this action on your behalf. RoboCent aims to provide a compliant, transparent, and trustworthy text messaging platform.
