RoboCent maintains a strict adherence to privacy and data security standards. We expressly do not collect, host, or maintain any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that includes, but is not limited to, social security numbers, credit card details, health records, electronic or digitized signatures, place of birth, driver's license numbers, or family history. The presence of such data on our platform constitutes a direct violation of our Terms of Service.
Terms of Data Usage
RoboCent affords users the ability to acquire voter data for authorized political organizations, contingent upon compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws governing such data acquisition. It should be explicitly understood that the sale of voter data, including contact details such as landline or mobile phone numbers, does not confer the right to initiate contact via these channels. The user is solely accountable for ensuring that the use of any acquired voter data adheres to all relevant laws, rules, and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
Indemnification
By purchasing voter data from RoboCent, the user expressly commits to its lawful and responsible utilization. Furthermore, the user agrees to indemnify and absolve RoboCent from any claims, legal actions, or liabilities that may arise from the use or misuse of the purchased voter data, regardless of how it was obtained.
Usage Restrictions
The procurement of voter data through RoboCent is exclusively reserved for registered political campaigns, committees, and organizations. Usage of this data for advertising, marketing, solicitation for business or real estate purposes is strictly prohibited, unless explicitly authorized by RoboCent. We reserve the right to decline services to any individual or organization failing to meet these criteria, and may require documentation to authenticate an organization's eligibility.
Email Deliverability Disclaimer
RoboCent does not guarantee inboxing, sales, registrations, activations, clicks, opens, or delivery to email addresses. It's important to note that a standard industry practice includes experiencing some level of hard bouncing, typically ranging from 20% to 30%, which is not indicative of a quality issue. Additionally, if you plan to deploy emails, please ensure that your chosen email platform complies with third-party data usage policies as outlined in its terms of use.
