At RoboCent, clarity and convenience are paramount. Consider our organizations as dedicated spaces for each entity or client you oversee, streamlining operations for smoother future management. Here's your step-by-step guide:
Single Login Creation: Register with your unique email and password, your primary gateway to RoboCent's expansive features.
Centralized Management: Within the app, establish multiple organizations as needed. These function as 'Sub-Accounts' under your main user account, each tailored for various clients and brands.
Organized Workflow: Every organization houses specific files, results, invoices, phone lists, scripts, and more, ensuring organized oversight for each client.
User Access Control: Invite team members, assign unique logins, and fine-tune their access, ensuring they view only the information relevant to them.
Think of Organizations as Sub-Accounts under your user account. We recommend creating a unique organization for each org you manage. Each organization will contain its own files, invoices, billing info, users, agents, results, and more. Separating two different organizations will make management much easier in the future.
