Unlocking Voter Data: A Guide
Learn how to request voter data through your account.
This guide assumes you already have a User Account with RoboCent. If you need to create an account, visit our guide by clicking the link below.
If you are in need of data that is not yet available using the Self-Service request form, please use our alternate request form. Our team will respond to your request within 24 hours.
The Voter Data Request tool provides Live Counts for Landlines, Mobiles, Emails, and All Voters. These counts will auto populate at the top of the page while you are completing the form. Be sure to review these counts periodically while completing each step to see how these counts change as you change the criteria.
Live Counts
This tool will allow you to target voters by location (zip code and county), demographics, (age, sex, ethnicity), party affiliation, and voting history.
RoboCent is partnered with an Industry Leading Political Data provider that has data for registered voters across the United States. The Landline and Mobile records available are scrubbed through a variety of verification methods to ensure only the highest quality data remains.
After logging into your account at https://app.robocent.com, select "Request Voter Data" on the left side of the page.

Step 1 of the Voter Data Request From will ask for your personal contact information along with information about your organization. Enter this information then select "Next".

Now we can target our voters based on the location we are targeting. The Beta version of the Voter Data Request feature currently allows users to pull based on county or zip code.

For more specific district targeting, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Our support team will be able to target voters down to the precinct.
Step 3 of the form will allow us to target based on demographic information including gender, age, and ethnicity.

Step 4 will allow you to target by Political Affiliation and Voting History.

The next page will ask for your intended use and authorization. Be sure to comply with all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to purchasing voter data. Click here for more information.

The final step of the form will ask you to confirm the record counts per each criteria including Landline, Mobile, Email, and All Voters.
- Unique Landlines: The count of unique landlines available based on the criteria selected. No duplicate phone numbers will be purchased.
- Unique Mobile: The count of unique mobile numbers available based on the criteria selected. No duplicate phone numbers will be purchased.
- Unique Email: The count of unique emails available based on the criteria selected. No duplicate emails will be purchased.
- All Voters: Every registered voter available based on the criteria selected.
Submitting this form will not immediately purchase the data you have requested. Submitting this form will send your application to a human review panel to determine if you are eligible to purchase voter data. Once approved, you will be allowed to purchase using the steps provided below.
Final Step, Submit Request Page
Records to Generate: This feature allows you to pull a random sampling of x number of records for that criteria.
Example: selecting '500' mobile records to generate from the 28,897 available will randomly select 500 records from the voter file. You will only be charged for the records that you pull.
Once submitted, you will be redirected to the "Requests" page (also available by selecting "All Requests" using the left sidebar navigation menu. Upon submitting the request, your account will be "Pending Approval" of a RoboCent rep.
Approval times vary but typically take less than 4 hours.
When you are ready to purchase the data, select the Check Box to the left of the Data Type you would like to purchase.
When ready, select "Purchase Selected" on the top right of the selected request container box.

After selecting "Purchase Selected" you will see a pop-up confirming your selection and total cost. Select "Confirm" to purchase the selected data.
You have successfully purchase voter data with RoboCent! The data file will post to your account under the "Files" tab, available on the left sidebar navigation menu.
- The most likely cause is the criteria being too strict. If you're looking for female voters in a small zip code who have voted in 4 of the last 4 elections, it's very possible there are no matches. This does not mean there is an issue with the data request tool, it means we need to broaden the search.
- Alternatively, zero available records could indicate we do not yet have data for the requested criteria.

RoboCent provides User the option to purchase voter data on behalf of a political organization that User represents, provided the User is authorized to do so and follows all applicable Federal and State Laws regarding the purchase of the voter data. By selling voter data, including but not limited to phone numbers (landlines or mobile), RoboCent is not granting permission to contact, call, or message the phone numbers. User is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase and use of any voter data, regardless of how obtained, complies with all applicable local, state, federal laws, rules, regulations, and restrictions. In the event User purchases voter data from RoboCent, User expressly agrees, affirms, and represents that it will only use voter data in a lawful and responsible manner, and further that it will indemnify and hold RoboCent harmless to the fullest extent under the law, from any and all claims that may arise from User’s purchase or use of the voter data, regardless of how obtained. Voter data is reserved specifically for purchase only for registered political campaigns, committees, and organizations. The voter data shall not be used in advertising, marketing, solicitation, business purposes, or real estate, unless given explicit permission from RoboCent. RoboCent reserves the right to refuse services to any organization or individual that does not meet this criteria and may request documentation to verify the organization’s authenticity.
RoboCent does not host, sell, provide, or maintain records of any personally identifiable information such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, health records, digitized or electronic signatures, place of birth, drivers license number, or family history
